to bring Food for Fitness to HLP!! Here I'll share what foods and maybe what physical activity has helped me along my wellness journey!
I lost about 12lbs of bodyfat and gained about 10lbs of muscle- NOT from the gym but from my kitchen. That's why I've been telling you guys that abs are made in the kitchen along with physical activity, not necessarily the gym. I've also been saying that the weight scale is NOT a good indicator of your health progress. I weigh almost the same (although I lost body fat) but muscle weighs more than fat so the scale is not going to reflect those gains and losses correctly.
Eating well and being active will reward your overall health & wellness!
