Rack of Lamb with a Sofrito infused with Mint & Herbed de Provence
Starch: Apple Stuffing with Sausage, Sage, Chestnuts and Herbed Corn Bread
Baked Macaroni and Cheese updated with Gruyere and White Cheddar
Arroz con Gandules
Vegetables: Greased Cabbage with Maple-Glazed Bacon
Haricot Vert with Shallots
Sides: Old School Candied Yams
Fresh Cranberry-Grape Compote
Dessert: Brandied Peach Upside-Down Cake with Crème Fraiche and Café con Leche
*This is a great menu taking dishes from American, French, and Italian cuisines along with Soul Food dishes and Latin Foods and giving it my twist. This menu, although diverse, works really well together.
