These delectable crab-cakes are on a bed of parsley – they also look good in a martini glass. The sauce is a garlic wasabi-mayo dressing. Serve them for dinner, a brunch, or your next cocktail party (don’t forget to invite the one who showed you how to make ‘em. jajajajajaja!!)
