Some of you have emailed me about “how do I do this?” and “how do I do that?” without a lawyer. I strongly believe (and recommend) that a lawyer is beneficial and very necessary when filing claims/forms and since I am NOT an ATTORNEY (yet), I cannot advise anyone on the law. However, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services website has some answers to your more popular questions.
The items below explain how U.S. citizens can accomplish specific tasks…
How Do I Help My Relative Become a U.S. Permanent Resident? http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/A1eng.pdf
How Do I Help My Fiancé(e) Become a U.S. Permanent Resident? http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/A2eng.pdf
