LEGAL AID

I am not a Lawyer (not yet, anyway) nor do I pretend to be. It is illegal for me to give “legal advice,” but to paraphrase Section 1200.6/DR 2-101 the use of a spokesperson is permitted as long as the spokesperson is not used to portray a lawyer, judge or client. That being stated, I have partnered with specific Law Firms to point you in the right direction for your legal needs. The Attorneys that I know and trust are IMMIGRATION, CIVIL RIGHTS, SOCIAL SECURITY, PRIVATE SECURITIES, and ENTERTAINMENT Lawyers.
Drop me a line (comment, email) and let’s see if they can help you.
NOTE: All the lawyers I know and can recommend operate out of Manhattan or Brooklyn in New York. If you need a lawyer in Florida, California, or Massachusetts, my professional associates can recommend someone there.

I need a lawyer to handle a “postal” issue. It’s pertaining to employment or lack thereof… who would you recommend?

@Liz, Hey mama, You should consult with an attorney who specializes in employment or labor law. Employment law is a highly specialized and an ever-changing area of the law with significant gray areas. Retain someone who has represented individual employees, not employers.
I don’t know if you’re serious though, you can be a jokster (I remember!) I mean, you can’t sue someone for “lack of employment.”
However, if you do have a serious issue, I do have some information. Unfortunately, the lawyers I know pratice in NY, CA, or Florida. However, they suggest you contact the Lambos Firm http://www.thelambosfirm.com/ right in Bayonne, they should be able to help you out.
Please note, Liz – I personally do not know ANYONE at the Lambos Firm, so I can’t vouched for the work. Make sure you ask the right questions before you put any cash down.
Good Luck!

Thanks Babe, I’m very serious. The PO is breaking all “their” rules and contracts. They are letting go employees that have been hurt on the job…it’s too much to type. I know you’re busy, but call me, we’ll do lunch…seriously. LOL. Thanks
