Here’ my take on Kristina Kuzmic’s (Star of OWN’s “The Ambush Cook”) Crispy Nutella Cookies. I have named my version of the recipe the Crispy Oatmeal Cookie since the “oatmeal” IS thee ingredient of the cookie. Also, the Crispy Oatmeal Cookie can be made into a sandwich cookie filled with Nutella, raspberry jam, lemon-curd, or even ice-cream, but it can also stand alone as a single crispy cookie. My version contains wheat-flour and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Thanks again, to Kristina Kuzmic for the inspiration. She actually saw the video and said that she loved my “changes” to the recipe.
